Work Based Training
We offer training programs to develop new hires or upskill current employees. Whether it’s On-the-Job Training for new hires or Customized Training for existing workers, we tailor training to your business needs. Wage reimbursement options are available for certain programs, and eligibility requirements apply.
Work Experience
Our work-based learning opportunities offer structured, short-term experiences in a workplace. These can be paid or unpaid, and may be with private businesses, non-profits, or public organizations. Paid opportunities may be subsidized up to 100%, and program lengths vary from 4 to 26 weeks. Participants can work up to 29 hours per week.

Rapid Response Layoff & Closure Assistance program helps businesses at risk of closure and employees facing layoffs. We offer immediate, on-site support and resources to help workers find new jobs. If a business closes suddenly, we continue to provide assistance through online services.
