Summer Youth Work Experience Program Available Summer 2026 (June through August)
Join our Summer Youth Work Experience Program and take the first step toward building your future! Gain real-world experience, learn new skills, and explore what it’s like to work in a professional environment, all while connecting with mentors who want to see you succeed.
- Young people aged 17-21 that are residents of Stanislaus County
- Graduating class of 2026 from high school or junior college
- 6 week Work Experience
- Up to 24 hr/wk week at $16.90/hr
- STANdOut Youth Conference and Workshop participation required
- Support from Workforce Specialists

Help Mentor and Skill the Workforce for Tomorrow
Participate in the Summer Youth Work Experience and gain extra support, boost productivity, and give your team a chance to grow their leadership skills, all while making a meaningful impact on local youth.
